Activites aquatiques

ACTIV’DOUCEActiv'Douce

An efficient and gentle cardio full body workout
Duration and level required: 45 minute session. Accessible to all, particularly recommended for seniors and pregnant women, it is not necessary to know how to swim for this activity.

ACTIV’MOVEActiv'Move

Various intensive exercises accompanied by music to tone the whole body.

Duration and level required: 45 minute session. Open to all (intensive exercise), it is not necessary to know how to swim for this activity.

ACTIV’BIKEActiv'Bike

Aquabike is an endurance workout consisting of aquatic bike sessions to help model and refine your silhouette especially the quadriceps, buttocks, thighs and also to develop cardiovascular capacity.
Due to the water resistance there is more muscle activity than with a traditional bike, your movements are smoother and gentler on your joints.
The draining massage exerted by the water reduces cellulite, the appearance of dimpled skin and orange skin.

Duration and level required: 30 minute session. Open to all. Intensity according to your own level and your capacities. It’s not necessary to know how to swim for this activity.

Activ’TRAININGActiv'Training

This 45min groupe session comes in the form of a training circuit. This workout is made up like a circuit were you will go from one activity to another with the rhythm of the music and guided by a lifeguard. This allows you to tone and refine your body while developing your endurance and burning calories. This discipline allows you to do various exercises while enjoying different activities without getting bored. Whether you just want to have fun, to de-stress or to get new results, aquatraining is a tonic and fun activity for a dynamic and sporty public. (At the price of an aqua session: 10€).

Intensity : normal to hard depending on the group.

AQUAPHOBIE

Group classes supervised and presented by the sports instructor aimed at people who are afraid of water (phobia, stress, anxiety).
Our supervisors adapt their sessions to respect the capacities of each person.

Duration : : 1 hour session, 45 minutes practising.

Open access with registration. The activity is for adults who wish to gently re-enter an aquatic environment.

LEARNING TO SWIM

Learning to swim, for everybody and for all the levels!

Apprentissage de la nage

BABY SWIMMING

Wellbeing in water, pleasure session for adults and kids. Babies can discover the sensation of water and new body functions with their parents.
Activity for children from 6 to 24 months old.

Duration : 30 min in the water heated at 32°, with light music.

JARDIN D’EVEIL® / DISCOVERY GARDEN

The discovery garden allows children to discover aquatic pleasures. They will gradually familiarise with the sensation of floating, begin to have some confidence and will be able to submerge and control themselves slowly.
Group activity with levels 2-3 years (with a parent) and 4-5 years (without a parent).
Duration: 1 hour session, 45 minutes practising.

Swimming school – Children, Teenagers and Adults

The swimming school guaranties the teaching of different swimming techniques (Breaststroke, front crawl, butterfly, back crawl). During the sessions there are evaluation exercises to follow and accompany the child’s progress.

Activity for children from 6 years old.

Practical info: Sessions are held every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday during the school season. The children are grouped together by level.
– Perfecting sessions for teenagers (12-17 years) every Wednesday
– Perfecting sessions for adults every Friday from 7pm to 8pm

Swimming courses – Children, Teenagers and Adults

Swimming is one of the most complete sports integrated into the national education program.
Adapted teaching or perfecting programs for all and every level are offered for adults and children through group courses given by an official instructor.
The classes are held during the holiday period from Monday to Friday.

Aquamaternité

ACTIV’MATERNITÉ

Future mothers, come and enjoy a moment of relaxation in water at 31°-32°. The exercises offered during these sessions will help to relieve aches and pains due to pregnancy, for example bad blood circulation. Aquamaternité sessions are planed every Friday at 11.30 am with midwife Aurélie Rouzaud.
